Our team then calls you back to confirm the exact battery for your car, the total price, and a time, before any work begins, and gives you a reference number to keep.

Do I pay anything or leave a deposit when I submit?

No. Submitting the form is just a request, not a commitment. You only decide after we have confirmed the battery and the price on the call, and you pay once the work is done.

How quickly will the shop call back?

Accepted Answer

We call back as soon as we can during opening hours: Mon–Sat 8:00–17:30 and Sun 8:30–17:00 (closed the last two Sundays of each month). If you chose "as soon as possible" on the form, we prioritize your call.

Question 4

Can I reschedule or cancel after submitting?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Nothing is charged before the work starts, so just call or message us on LINE with your reference number and we will move or cancel the booking.

Which areas do you deliver and install in?

Accepted Answer

We deliver and install on-site anywhere within Nakhon Ratchasima province. Outside that area, you can still order and have the battery fitted at the shop.

Is there a delivery or installation fee?

Accepted Answer

No. Within our service area there is no delivery or installation charge. The price we confirm on the call is the full amount you pay, with no hidden costs.

How long does the on-site replacement take?

A straightforward battery swap usually takes about 15–30 minutes, including a basic electrical check. If your car model needs longer, we will tell you when we confirm the order.

My car will not start at home. Can you still come?

Accepted Answer

Yes, that is exactly what this service is for. Give us the car's location on the form or on the call, and the technician will come and replace the battery where the car stands.

Do I need to stay with the car, and will my clock or radio reset?

Accepted Answer

We recommend being with the car during the swap. As for your settings, no need to worry: our technicians connect a memory saver to keep the car's electrical systems powered before disconnecting the battery, every time. Your clock, radio, and other settings stay intact, with nothing to reset afterwards.

Which brand do you sell, and is it genuine?

We are an authorized dealer of genuine FB (Furukawa) batteries, each with a one-year warranty.

I do not know which battery my car needs. Can I still order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Just give us the make, model, and year on the form; our team checks the correct specification and confirms it with you before any work starts. A photo of your current battery's label (JPG, PNG, or WebP, up to 5 MB) speeds things up.

My car has Start-Stop or is a hybrid. Does it need a special battery?

Yes. Start-Stop cars need an EFB or AGM battery matching the car's original specification; a conventional battery is not a proper substitute. The form already asks about Start-Stop and fuel type, and we confirm the correct type on the call.

Do you take my old battery?

Yes. We take the old battery away for proper handling, and the price we confirm on the call already includes the trade-in discount when you hand it over.

How long does a car battery last, and when should I replace it?

Accepted Answer

In Thailand most car batteries last about 2–3 years, shorter than in cooler countries because heat accelerates wear. If starts are getting slow, the headlights dim, or the battery is past two years old, have it tested and plan the replacement before it fails on the road.

Call or message us on LINE with your reference number and the symptoms. We will arrange a check, and if it is a manufacturing defect we handle the replacement under the warranty terms.

What are the opening hours?
